Contact informationAll accepted papers are asked to be submitted in a camera-ready format. Papers must be sent in Portable_document_format (PDF) and MS_Word_2003 format (DOC) together with one-page abstract using an application in the conference website (click on "Registration" in the Menu) before the deadline date of February 28, 2010.
The submitted final camera-ready paper in both the PDF and DOC formats must be prepared in strict adherence to the guidelines and using the template. Files should be formatted for direct printing and maximum length of the paper should not exceed 10 pages. Figures and tables should be embedded in the main document.
Authors are required to transfer the copyright of their article to the publisher (Elsevier) using the Publishing Agreement. Signed and scanned copy of the first page of Publishing Agreement Form should be submitted through an application on the conference website (click on "Registration" in the Menu).
One-page abstract, which will be published in the book of abstracts, must be prepared using the conference template and should be submitted (in both PDF and DOC format) through an application on the conference website (click on "Registration" in the Menu) together with the full text at latest on February 28, 2010.
If you will present poster during the conference, please note that dimensions of the available poster board are: 95 cm wide x 150 cm height. Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract. The text, illustrations and tables should be readable from a distance of one-two meters.
English must be used for papers, posters and presentations at the conference.
