CONFERENCE FEE

The fee of 700 € will cover:
		Conference proceedings (Final programme, Publication of contribution in Procedia Engineering, Book of abstracts and CD-ROM containing full texts of all contributions)
		Admission to all conference sessions
		Welcome drink
		Cofee breaks
		Lunch (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri)
		Conference dinner at Dětenice Castle

FEE FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

The fee of 90 € will cover:
		Welcome drink
		Admission to all conference sessions
		Conference dinner at Dětenice Castle

FEE FOR PUBLICATION OF ADDITIONAL PAPER IN PROCEDIA ENGINEERING

The costs connected with the insertion of one paper per paying participant into the Procedia Engineering and on the CD-ROM are included in the conference fee. To cover the costs connected with the insertion of additional poster papers into the Procedia Engineering and on the CD-ROM it is necessary to add 100 € each.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The part of conference fee, connected with the insertion of the paper into Procedia Engineering and on the CD-ROM, can be refunded only before February 28. 75% of the standard registration fee will be refunded for all written cancellations postmarked no later than May 1, 2010. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided.
